Looking for a html designer / coder

I have a custom template (psd).

A friend of mine cut it and made a page as valid xhtml and tableless. But, it is not as good as I want.

So, I need someone who can correct his work or do it from the psd.

It is a 4 columns design. I guess it is not that much work. I want to get it ASAP. I will paypal you.
