I am looking for someone who can manage my forum that has been neglected for a while by me. The forum has about 14000+ members and I need someone who can market, promote and manage the forum. I am not looking for a forum Admin. I am looking for someone who has experience in managing a website and is capable of marketing and promoting my website to attract new members and making current members more active.
