Looking for a high end html/css to implement a design

    I have 5-8 page layouts that need to be cut up and created as html/css pages. Some Javascript will to needed to implement common rollover events.

    If you're using CSS, you may not need javascript rollovers. Link in signature to the service you require, but only accepting well paying clients.

    How do we get started, what do you charge to cut the page and build the css files / html pages
