Hi There, I have a big in-flux of work that I will be needing to concetrate on. So i will need to outsource various smaller jobs very soon could be as early as today. What I need is a group of designers willing to compete for varying pieces of work. Mostly smaller works for my personal sites. Basically I will be running a competition for each of the pieces of work that I will be outsourcing in the same style as http://www.designoutpost.com/ . With the exception of the competitions being all handled by myself. All you will be required to do is provide one proof for each job and I will select the best for the job (no back and forth with amendments only to be told you have lost out!) and move on with the designer on a one and one basis from there. I am hoping to pick up around 5-10 designers in total and this will not be publicised afterwards. The work flow will be constant and you will asked initially to design only, coding may be available for certain jobs. Budgets for the sites range between $75 and $200, please be aware of this before applying. If you are interested I will be taking applications sent to with the title "sd applicant". Please include a list of your recent works and any information you may see as relevant.
