Looking for a great desktop keyword analyzer tool

    Hello,

    I am looking for a program to analyze keywords.

    Some things I need are:

    Google data
    Overture data

    Keyword Phrases for both sites
    Search Engine Results for both sites
    Cost Per Click
    Click Through Rate
    Conversion Rate
    Cost per Conversion


    Does anyone know a good tool that I can use for this?
