Looking for a graphic artist

Hi everyone.

I am looking for a good and dependable graphic artist to help me with some new website design. I am going to honest and up front in the fact that I have absolutely $0 to pay anyone at first since this is a new start-up business...but once the company starts making money I will most definitely see that you get paid and a full-time job if you want it. So...if you are bored and have tons of free time please let me know! haha

what do you need? how much is your hourly rate when you get your site up and running?

 

I basically need templates and a couple of different logos made; all the programming will be done on my end. Once the sight is up and running (making money) then the position would turn into full time paid, pricing will be based upon experience and how well you fit into the position.
