Hey guys, Ok I've been stumped all afternoon trying to work out how to add Geocoding to a Google map I have that has lots of markers on it. It seems like I can only do one or the other - either have the markers there OR have a search bar. Is it possible to have a Google map loaded with markers and then add an address/post code search facility to it as well? I've been through the help files and searching for examples without much luck. Is there anyone on here that would be willing to set up a map for me that would do the following: - controls from zoom, map, hybrid satellite - map centred on a specific point and zoom level but without a marker on the centre point - double clicking on the map zooms in (rather than centres) - a few markers already on the map which will bring up a window with a photo and some text (once I see one I'll be able to work out how to add the rest myself as I've done this already on other maps) - a search box so people can type in a postal code and have a marker show up and the map centred (most important thing) - I'll have a lot of markers so will need to use MarkerManage (or whatever it's called) so that more markers are added as the map is zoomed in - about 5 different coloured/styles of markers - a list on the side which will turn the markers on and on based on the type If anyone can point my to some examples that might be similar to what I'm looking for, or to another website where I might find someone to build this for me for a fee I'd appreciate it! Hi Kirsty, I have some experience using the google maps api. What language are you looking to have this site programmed in? Asp.NET, PHP I am a ASP.NET Developer myself and have done some testing with google maps in ASP.NET on a windows based platform. I could do it for you for a fee. I have PM'd you. J.
