Looking for a good xhtml/css programmer to outsource all of our designs to..

My firm is getting MUCH more business than we can currently handle, doing all of the coding, design, seo, etc ourselves. We're looking to outsource the coding of our designs, from psd to xhtml/css, and occasionally Joomla/Wordpress. As of current we're coding 10-15 designs per week ourselves, we'd like to outsource this and spend that time on designing others! I've got a few projects that need coding right now that I'll give to a few different coders that respond to this ad, and we'll select the best/fastest/most affordable out of that group.

Please respond with your firm website (if you have one...) and quote for 1 page coded from 1 psd file, tableless xhtml strict/css.
