I'm going on holiday soon, got 10 hours on a flight to kill. Does anyone have any recommendations on a good SEO book? I see there's quite a few on amazon as I would have expected but has anyone read one and gained from it. I'm not a newbie to SEO so a fairly advanced book would be preferred. Thanks.
