Looking for a good proxy hosting plan

    Hello! I'm looking for a good and cheap hosting plan that can hold my 21 proxies. In total, they receive a traffic of 20.000 visitors / month.
    Shared hosting plans DON'T RESSIT! THEY CRASH!
    So, the best option would be VPS or Dedicated. I'm looking to share a vps or dedicated with someone, because I won't use the resources at full.
