Anyone have a good PPA advertiser that I can use in conjunction with an email campaign. Something with a simple signup that pays few bucks per lead. I'm currently with CJ, Amazon and ClickBank, but I'm just not finding anything that's a relatively easy sign up form that will have decent conversion. I'm interested to hear what you guys use for this. Thanks.
