Looking for a good PHP programmer!

    I'm a project manager/owner. I'm looking for a excellent php programmer.

    I need the following:
    1. Writes php very well
    2. Excellent communication: Email and messenger
    3. No baby sitting
    4. common sense
    5. Creative

    Please let me know if you can do this. Alot of work can be assigned to you.
