I have a project that I need someone to do. Im looking for someone that can create a dynamic website in either PHP or ASP.net and can also use URL Rewrite or something along those lines for friendly URLs. May also need some javascript within the site for certain things. Would need this person to also be able to do all of the graphics and logo for the website.
