    Ok title says it all. I need a good link builder from india or anywhere as long as your rate is affordable. I need one way links for my websites.

    I can pay per link or monthly basis if you are good.

    No useless Blogs and Directory Network Offer Please! and No Directory,SBM,Blog commenting service also.
    I need links from static websites. PR is not important as long as the page is at least 6 months old and regularly cache by google.
