Buying Looking for a good, fast and communivative designer for print!

I am looking for a good designer that can design for printed media. Please only react when you have actualy read my post and give me the requested info. People that react on an other way, wont get the job.

I will not cut back on quality, price is less relevant.

The job is as follows:
Make bussiness card design, front as well as back;
Make a folder design, only one side, see below for what i roughly mean;


Exact specs will be given when you get the job.

I am looking for a good and fast designer, that really has time to deliver fast. I want the design to be ready this year...
