Free or Not Free either way I need something where I can make ToDo's, Schedule events, keep track of Birthdays, and have it remind me of these things too.

Does such a wonder program exist?

Get an Apple, this program comes standard ;)

If you don't want to do that, you can always use something like Yahoo

Rainlender is amazing. It doesn't overcomplicate things and it's nice and compact.

Try Google Calendar. Free and available where ever you have an internet connection.
