That is correct.

It's best to use your noodle, and get very highly targeted links, and ad placement versus the money spent to hiring someone to send you non-converting hitbot traffic.

That is, of course unless you are doing like many on the board, and inflating your pump n dump numbers.

This is where you take a site, pump up the traffic for a day/week/month then attempt to sell it off to some noob, who doesn't know better, for a song.
