I have been looking for a good all round coder to work with (PHP, HTML, ASP etc) for a couple of months but having trouble finding the right person. I tried getting someone through Freelancer and Odesk but I keep on getting guys that are the middle man that seem to outsource the tasks that I set to them to someone else causing major delays. I'm wondering if anybody here is available for some work every now and then charging reasonable rates. Or if you may know of someone please can you recommend. Thanks
