I'm looking for a decent image rotator that rotates an image and the link it's tied to every 10 or 15 seconds. So that the image changes without the page having to be refreshed. If possible to stay away from javascript and for it to be done in flash, that'd be great, but if not I'll accept what I can get. I'm hoping for something free, but if you only know of something for a price, please let me know of it. Thanks.
