Magento is the nice one but it's very complex on the structure (both design template & apps) however I really like its seo-friendly url with canonical link element support for now.
Did you look at ZenCart. Looks like they have a active community and it seams easy to set up and get the cart online. It all depends on what kind of features you are looking beside the payment option.
My company has a lot of customers that decided to move their eCommerce business to Magento software. There are a lot of reasons - SEO friendly, a lot of additional features and payment/shipping options. But Magento needs good PHP hosting - don't forget about this.
Hi. I personally use oscommerce. I find it easy to use and many features. It is a perfect FREE script for begginers. The only bad thing is that the design is not "stytlish" at all (unless you purchase a $ 200 template )
