Looking for a forum posting service and a moderator

I'm looking for a posting service to work on a gambling related forum that I am responsible for getting going. Whether you are an individual looking to make a few extra bucks or a "company" representative, I want to hear from you if you believe you can do this.

Unfortunately I've had numerous bad experiences - fortunately few, if any, have resulted in any financial loss, but the time spent waiting for people to get started and recouping money for work never done is now getting ridiculous. I am tired of excuses - I don't care if work is hectic, I don't care if your dog is sick, I don't care if my order was abducted by aliens. I am very flexible, I don't mind waiting a day or two if you deliver in a day or two - what I cannot tolerate is being told "we're getting your order together, will start in a day or two" and a week later getting "we're trying a new method out just for you and we'll throw in some bonus posts too!". The ultimate insult is when a further week down the line there has been no change whatsoever. Unfortunately, this tongue in cheek example has happened.

    All that I ask is:

    - You have some knowledge of the gambling industry - casino knowledge preferred, general gambling knowledge will do though.

    - You are mature.

    - You can make reasonable-length, on-topic posts.

    - You can deliver your promise. If you are going to be a week late, that is ok if you tell me. If you hold out for a week hoping I won't notice, believe me, I will.

Due to all the problems I've had, I'm willing to pay well for this task. I will not discuss it here, shoot me a PM if you're interested and forward your name, age, location and contact details (MSN/E-Mail preferred). Previous experience not required, just two braincells to rub together.

I am also looking for a moderator who will be paid weekly for a set number of hours. Initially there won't be much tidying up to do, so I expect posts, threads and research to be done instead to make up the time. Again wages are flexible - not magnificent, but it will beat flipping burgers in McDonalds.

My apologies if I have offended anybody, but it seems that the only way to get a good response here is to be very clear and to the point - my previous adverts were probably to vague and asked for poor responses.

Thank you for your time, it will be worth your while if you can do this. You will be treated well and you will be used on an ongoing basis and offered other jobs as they develop. However, I am trying to get this off the ground and I really don't need any more poor excuses and time delays - let's get this thing off the ground.

Any questions, please ask via PM and if I deem it to be something I should include, I will include it. Don't clutter up the thread with "I've PM'd you" - I will know you have.

    John

I'm not really into gambling. But if in case you are looking for a moderator alone, who's almost often online, reply with proper decorum and sense, who can watch out for spams of sort or people trying to start fights, let me know.

I'll consider you for future work jayL - As I'm looking for an actively participating moderator at present due to the limited actual moderation work, I really need someone who knows a bit about the gambling industry and will be able to participate.

Thanks for your interest, I'll let you know if anything else comes up.
