wat i can do is put a link in my free scripts and in my sign.
see u r not paying for it so not much can be done.

 

moderators do not get paid, well very rarely do they, ask any major forum if they pay their moderators and the majority say they don't

 

then ask moderators if they are promoting the forum a lot.

m sure not many of them are doing it seriously.

 

im not asking to promote, but it would help, not seriously? ok ask Digital Point moderators if they get paid, ask V7N moderators if they get paid, i know moderators on all major forums my friend ,

 

I know some mods who get paid and/or have some benefits, think about what your asking and ask your self would you honestly do the same, work for someone else while they more than likely sit back and hardly do much while they keep any money made, some of the big forums earn a lot of money and keeping a good mod team is very important and if you look hard enough on forums there are plenty of people willing to pay for it.

 

i am not a noob, benefits are different to getting paid, i already have a moderator team, we just had 1 that had to leave due to him being busy with personal issues, they do not work for money, and the forum as of now makes no money, if you seriously thinks tarting a forum is to make money you are seriously wrong, another thing, i did not start a forum to make money, i started a forum for people to learn, the role of a moderator is actually one of a normal user, who leads by example.

i am sure a mod does a bit of promotion but not seriously a big promotion.

 

i also meant promotion as in tell your friends/anyone you know XD , i will think about taking you on arpit

 

It looks as if you're greedy and you want Mod's just to promote your Forum and not Moderate.

why are people soq uick to put down a new forum? Everyone has to start somewhere, for something less than 3 weeks old we have done well, i already have a team of mods, i have a unique way of making this forum, i would like to see you do better, the position has been filled don't worry
