Looking For A Forum Moderator

My site is slowly growing. Registrations have been steady for the last 9 days and VBSeo is a big part of it.

I am looking for a moderator who is not afraid to hand out infractions or delete posts.

I am the admin of the board and just want to stick w/ the board work and not handle the members. I have one moderator now as he handles the members.

But I desperately need another moderator. Someone who won't favor members.

I will be able to pay down the road when the forum grows larger as of right now, I will allow you to advertise your site on my forum and give you arcade downloads.

I recommend removing the snow flakes. Every now and then, the automated script puts in a snowflake that links to dynamicdrive. For SEO purposes, I wouldn't like that one bit. It is also an ethics issue..if you didn't know about the little bit they add..

I can be a moderator for you. I have owned forums before and I was a Moderator at a Movieaddictz - its not up anymore.

 

I believe I have already been assigned the task, by g0dfather.
