Looking For A Forum Host

    I'm looking for a cheap paid host to transfer my forum too:
    http://anything.freeforums.org/

    It has to have:
    cPanel or similar
    Unlimited disk space and bandwidth or close to
    Very high and constant uptime
    No forced ads
    Has to support phpBB forum software

    Additional features i'd greatly prefer:
    Daily backup
    Free domain registration
    Promotion credits

    I'm looking for the lowest price possible.

    I want something cheaper than that. So far the best i've found is:
    https://www.siteground.com/
    You get all those features as well as marketing credits ($75 value) and a domain for $47.40. Which will be about £30 for 1 year.

    Is there anything similar or better for cheaper?

    I've been looking at reviews for SiteGround and it doesn't look good
    iPage isn't looking too bad so far tho
