    hello friend,
    if your client will pay you more than 25$, you can use xoom.com, tell them to pay you via xoom using their paypal.

    Ey, check again... Here! Philippines is now included in the growing network of Paypal... look for "190 countries and regions"... You can find Philippines there, you can actually receive payments.

    ^Ah, if only that was true. The Philippines is still a non-verifiable PayPal country.

    I am also interested in availing of any US-based Filipino's PayPal services. Please PM me if you're willing and we could discuss details.

    All you need is Xoom, or you can buy a VVC (vritual visa card) to activate a US based Paypal account.
    You can also open an account at Getafreelancer and have your clients to transfer money to you over GAF. they will send money in paypal, and you can take it out by many payment processors.

    You can look at www.golden-pages.net for best information on payment processors. Or you can signup to my site where you will learn to earn and protect your money from scams and payment processors.

    Well, all you had suggested are true. However, all are also unsuitable for small payments (for example, a client might only order one article for $5). Xoom has a $25 limit PLUS the transaction fees and GAF deducts such a big commission. I am aware the Gold members in GAF don't have to pay commissions, but it still costs $12 to become one.

    correct me if i'm wrong but the paypal here in the Philippines is very limited and still can't offer the following services:

    * Load up one’s account thru credit card
    * Receive funds
    * Withdraw funds into a local bank account

    don't you have any relatives in the US that uses paypal? or a relative that has a credit card for that matter? why not asked a help from them by lending you their paypal account? :)
