Looking for a File Management script.

    I'm looking for a file management script similar to paFileDb 3 that will allow people both members and anonymous people to upload files. I need it so they can upload files and everything can be in categories. Then I would like to show the information of how many times it was downloaded, other stats. If anyone has any idea of where I can find a script like this please let me know!

    Looking for Free or Paid scripts. Thanks.
