    the thing is that now i dont have that much bucks in my hands i have the range of 300 bucks per year i know its too less but thats all i can afford right now and i dont care which location the server is as long its not in the us

    300 a year?? Sorry mate, don't think you will get something that close - That's about $20 / month for a dedicated server... lowest i can provide is $99 a month. Maybe the others might have something suitable for you?? Maybe look into a VPS. Might be the cheapest option for you. Let us know how it went.

    I would suggest a VPS to start with if the budget doesn't meet your requirements yet. Do you have any current disk space/bandwidth requirements?

    i never said that i needed a didicated server i only said i want the max upload limit to be 1gb..i dont care if its shared or vps

    unmetred bandwidth is necessary
