I want to add a rich text editor for my website, and searched in google and found a lot of free ones. There are good, but I have some special requirements for the editor. See below: 1. No need for all the normal buttons, just a few like New, Save, Save As, Preview, Print, etc; 2. Show line numbers (increase when people type in a new line), rulers (optional), automatical scrollbars; 3. A status bar which can be filled in with texts by php by myself; 4. Automatically change the colors of the texts when people typed in. For example, when people type in "blue", i want the text shows blue in the editor, and when people type in "red", shows red in the editor. The styles to format the text will be set by myself; (This is the most important of my requirements, contact me if you can't understand this point) 5. File size shall be small, script shall be simple and easy understand; PM me your quoted price and time required to finish the script.
