Looking For A Established Web Site Perhaps A Directory

    Hello Everyone
    I have been looking for a couple months to find a fairly well established website, seems alot of scams out there so the only way I would buy is to use a escrow service I will pay the fees ...
    I would like to find a site that is at least 1 year old and has a page rank of 4 or better and a alexa rank of under 80,000....Traffic is also important I need to see the traffic stats as well
    I prefer to find the following kinds of web sites
    1,directories.
    2, traffic exchanges.
    3. member based sites that offer products or services and capture e-mail addresses (not for spam) but for a member base.
    4, seo services site.
    5,a ecommmerce site that is PROVEN profitable and has been in existance for 2 years or more
    6, a NICHE business site that sells software or a downloadable product that is a proven leader in its field

    I am open to other sites accept, porn, illegal sites ponzi"s ect...

    I have a budget under 4000- and welcome your pm"s

    Your budget is fair looking.

    One of the guys who has a directory PR4 put it on sale.

    I belive it starts with "nitch" .com or .info

    And his site looked very good.

    where might I find it?? also I have been talking to some of you with EXCELLENT ratings here on DP and I would consider using paypal with some of you highly rated DP members.
