Looking for a DoFollow blog list on .Edu or .Gov domains

edu and gov sites, I know there is still some discussion as to their value or not. However, I suspect they are still valuable. I have found a number of the ones which are open are often actually using blogger for their blog. If you do find them useful, start with your own alma mater to see if you can get onto their site in some manner b/c you are an alumnus or alumna.
