looking for a directory software/turnkey

    Hi all,

    i have a budget of about 100-150$ and am looking for a web directory turnkey/software.
    It should support UTF8 as it will target a foreign speaking country and should be able to accept text in that language.
    It should also be easy to use as i don't have much programing knowledge.

    I already have the domain for it.

    any suggestions?
