OK -gottya. You may check these directory scripts- phplinkdirectory.com -- they have free version. OR phplynx.com - they too have free version.
phplinkdirectory.com is good, but then again it has its vulnerabilities like anything else written in php It's pretty solid though for building reciprocal links, and it's fairly easy to work with.
