Looking for a Directory Designer

I have a niche directory planned, and I'm looking for someone, who could set it up, and design it for me. Note that the job will not be right now, just looking for someone that could do it in the future, probably in a couple of weeks.

This includes:

- Supplying/finding a directory script. A free one is fine, as long as link selling is possible.
- Uploading and installing it. Setting up sections etc.
- Designing and customizing the template according to my outlines.
- Designing a logo, and a couple of matching batters.
