So your current site is a YOURLS site or you have your own and you want it to be more fully featured like the example given? Without seeing the quality of coding in the existing site it is unreasonable to expect a quote of any kind - how are we to know how buggy it is, if its been written to allow plugins or if every line of code has to be investigated.
