Looking for a designer

I have 2 projects for a designer, I would prefer to deal with 1 person for both projects.

First Project
I need a .swf made (very simple). Here is an example - I just want the lines no logo and no mouse over effect

I want to purchase this template for my site

but my site is for tattoo designs. I want to replace the orange picture with something tattoo related but still the same color of orange to match the rest of the site (maybe tribal flames or something).

I am hoping to purchase the template and be able to send the psd file to whoever can do the job so it can be altered.
