Looking for a designer to work full time.

Hi,

We are a new design / development company located in Edinburgh. We are looking for a designer to work full time along side two developers on all of our website development projects.

We have been looking for a local designer for some time but because we have very high standards we haven't been able to find someone local to us who fits the bill. That is why we have decided to start looking for a designer from a bit further afield.

The designer will be in constant contact with us over MSN, skype and basebamp.

Skills needed:
Photoshop.
Experience developing website layouts.
xhtml and Print design experience is a bonus.

Qualifications are not necessary, all we care about is your design talent.
