Hey We need a designer to create a default template for XtraFile's product, XtraUpload. It needs to be wide, have colors of orange, white, and light blue, and be simple so it doesn't take forever to load. We are looking for the lowest price possible, so please post your portfolio and pricing below, and we will go with the cheapest but best possible designer for that low price.
