Buying Looking for a designer to design wordpress theme PSD

    hy , i am looking for a designer who can make wordpress theme psd , i would need on regular basis , mostly 10-15 themes per month , my budget per theme is 25$,

    my requirements,

    you should know photoshop very well,
    you should have made psd themes earlier
    need simple and basic themes, mostly magazine
