Looking for a designer and coder from INDIA for a full time job

I want to hire a full time / part time person who can has a gamut of skills for developing quality websites (design + coding). I am NOT looking for someone who makes websites using templates/scripts but someone who can code from scratch and is well versed with web development.

- Applicant will be designing custom graphics and websites, integrating shopping carts, designing Logo's, integrating web site databases, doing on page SEO, designing custom layouts etc.

-Applicant must be able to multi task and work multiple projects at a time to completion.

-Applicant must be able to work projects from start to finish, meaning initial design /development to install/ implementation/ configuration and completion/site updates.

-Applicant must have direct contact info such as AIM, YAHOO, Instant messaging services.

-Applicant will be given email acct, and must be able to be reached 24x7x365 via email and IM.

-Applicant will work Online (Individual works at home with own computer and Internet.)

-Applicant must be fluent in the English language and should be able to write copy whenever needed.
