    I am looking for a dedicated server it must NOT be located in usa/canada.

    i need 16GB ram and 500-1tb hard disk, nothing spam/illegal related.

    cpanel is also needed

    seller will be responsible for initial setup and moving the sites with security features , dont' reply if you can't harden up the server without looking at google.
