    Why not rent your own dedicated server, and build it up?

    Or just go through an email service company, that would probably be cheaper, and easier if you do not know how to setup a proper email server.

    Try maybe sibername.com's dedicated deals? the company has enough resources to offer you quality solution, I suppose. They are also accredited domain registrar, so I believe you would have all-in-one package if you like it.
