    I looking for a coder to make a adf.ly clone, i want then next features included:

    • Limit 1 vote per ip in 24 hours
    • Referral system
    • Mass url submit
    • Graphic stats (earned in month/week etc.., like adf.ly)

    In resume, i want a exact clone of adf.ly.

    Only interesting on reputation coders, serius people. Send me a PM with price of work and time of developement. I pay 50% before and the other 50% when job is done.
