Looking for a css expert with basic graphic skills to redesign a single page

    Hey everyone,

    I'm looking for someone to redesign this page for me: http://www.designamosaic.com/index2.php

    It currently contains a rough sketch of what I want it to look like. I'm only concerned about the part below the main image (starting with Personalized Photo Mosaics are...). I'd like someone to redo the css, pick out images to go with the captions (there's currently one image used as a filler for all image spots) and make a graphic to use as the background for this section.
