Contest Looking for a Cool Logo - $55 Via Paypal to the Winner

Please read all the details below.

I am looking for a nice logo for *crowenvironmental.net* - we are flexible in color but please see header colors and please be creative! Something simple yet cool is preferred.

The background as seen at the above link but we would like a version that shows on light/white/black as well.

NO clip-art!

Please post designs in this thread.

Final logo should be on a transparent background, provided in .jpg, .gif and .psd format.

This contest will end on Friday Oct. 7, 2011 at noon EST.

I reserve the right to not choose a winner if the quality is low or to choose a winner early.

Thanks for the entries so far. I don't think we want a crow or any bird in the logo, there is actually a Mr. Crow that is involved with the company.

Mr.LeGeNd's you are on the right track I think. I would like to see you do a little something different with the image in the O

I also want to point out that I don't like when designers copy each other, I will almost always default to the original designer in the case that someone copies him, even if you enhance it.
