I am looking for a content writer / writers who can write articles for me on an ongoing basis.

It seems every writer I find either:

    a. Writes like shit
    b. Is too expensive
    c. Writes well and is affordable, then gets so busy they can never find time to do work for me.

I have about 50 articles I want written now, (700-1000 words) and have an ongoing need for 25-50 articles a month.

Immediate topics include Automotive Detailing and Car Stereo. Will need other topics as well including home improvement tutorials, webmaster articles, business and credit related articles, among others.

PM me here if you are available and can remain available to me on an ongoing basis.

    (a) Problem is that article writing is not a kids job, but many writers mushroom into this business with no background or qualifications. Since competition is very tough, non-professional writers or such newbie writers willingly do the job for less. Thats when the problem starts. When you pay less, expecting a superior quality article is a fantasy. So, naturally the product delivered isn't upto expectations.

    (b) Quality articles do not come cheap. Professional writing is not that simple. It invovles more than one phase of writing for a single article. A research is required, draft is prepared, content is organised, grammatical and spelling considerations, plenty of proof-reading, finding errors and applying modifications. Finally when the article is prepared, all the hard work reflects in its quality. So, all this effort does not come cheap. In nutshell, you get what you pay for.

    (c) Once they provide quality articles, confidence increases and so does clientage, thereby making them lesser available than before.

Again, its difficult to predict future or assure availability on long term basis, unless pay is lucrative enough to keep a writer hooked into this job.

I hope the above provided information interests you.
    Regards,
    Nishant

That post hits the nail on the head.

I consider myself a great writer, but I can only offer about a max of 10 more articles a week. I charge $1.50 per 100 words.

    Dear Nishant,

I strongly believe you hit the nail on the head.

Most people who claim to be looking for good content are always in the mood of “ I WANT IT NOW…”

This attitude will becloud you from getting genuinely great content.

Though the only thing or aversion is the fact that, if you look carefully, the sort of articles most people are looking for are articles that parade minimal ideas that can be used for Adsence and affiliate websites.

Others will still do some tweaking and reworking. That is why I normally give more contents than I am asked to do. For example, for 500 words, I may deliberately write up to 800 words as to give you the leverage to tweak things to you own advantage.

Again, if you consider those that needs 100s or 1,000s of articles, asking them to pay, say 5 cents per word may quickly drain their budgets, even though it may worth it.

I think one has to find sensible ways of meeting all aspects of the bargains.

At any rate, you said the TRUTH. ;)

    Cheers!
