Looking for a confessions script & site made

I'm looking for a talented and creative coder/designer who can make me a confessions site. Something similar to iconfessnow.com and grouphug.us.

There is a script for this selling for $20 on the net but I want something custom. Design is very important as well as functionality. If you think you can fill this position please let me know. I previously found someone on here to do it but he backed out. I'm looking for everything to be done within 2-3 weeks, the sooner the better.

If all you want is a simple php script that will write and display I can do this for you easily and as customized as you wish. I have no design skills but i can do the code no problem.
