Looking for a comprehensive link directory program!

First things first, I own a niche directory which was developed 3 or 4 years ago. I am also NOT a programmer. Until now everything has been working not too badly but I have come to realize that I have been living money on the table. The directory listings are very SE friendly.

Now I have decided that its time to capitalize on some of the revenue I have been leaving on the table. I want to create another niche directory and am looking at finding a directory script/program that can provide as much of the functionality of my old directory and some. If you look at the following link, you can see what I am currently doing and what type of functionality I am looking for in a directory script. Please review the entire page so that you can understand what I am getting at.

I’ve looked at PHPLink Directory and looks like it has several of the abilities. The critical parts I see that are important to my new directory are the display of the listing (example as the link above) and the company profile page. PHP link directory is lacking in the profile page aspect of things as well as the availability to provide a brochure link.

So what I am looking for is a

    a) PHPLink Directory style script with the ability to generate a specific profile page for the company. Ability for company to modify listing information at will.

    OR

    b) A mod/add-on for PHPLink Directory to have the specific profile page generated and ability for company to modify listing information at will.

I am willing to pay for option A and also willing to pay for option B to be developed, if the products/mods do not exist. Ideally I would like to use PHPLinkDirectory but am willing to look at another application as long as the functionality is there.

As a phase 2 implementation, I would like to offer paid inclusion services with integration to PAYPAL as well as PPC option (maybe even CPM option) for listing companies. Availability to support subscription based listing would be a great plus.

I look forward to your feedback.
    Thanks
    Frank
