    Hi,

I own SharedHosting.biz. It's a great domain I bought with the intention of starting a hosting business , but I'm busy with another business and I would prefer to lease the domain.
The .biz tld is perfect for the keywords, and a service offering hosting hosting for small business.
I'm looking for a long therm business relationship with a company / individual that is interested in building a business / offering hosting services on my domain name.

Don't hesitate to contact me via PM for any questions you might have.

    Have a fantastic day!

    Eugen

It's funny. Why would someone want to host a business using a domain name registered and owned by another person. You should put this domain name on sale.

I agree, nobody is going to Lease a domain from you, not that it would matter two much, remembering who ever owns the domain would be able to get no access what ever to the server....

So even if they stop Leasing the domain, all the info is on the server, so everything would be safe and fine, but honestly its not going to happen, perhaps try and sell the domain itself? but not many people use .biz these days, and would just go buy there own domain name :/

I've created this thread in the idea that I can find people that are interested in this. I got 2 people interested so I guess there is a reason why they would want to build it on my domain. I'm also thinking about selling the domain ( but in my opinion it's not a good time to sell .biz's now ).

You're not getting the point. Do you know what a contract is ? The parties can't just change their mind - it's unethical and really bad for business - not to mention liable for a nice lawsuit and damages. After promotion the content on the server is almost 0 without the domain. And btw - why do you have the impression that not many people use .biz ? It's the tld for business and according to http://www.whois.sc/internet-statistics/ there are over 2.2 million .biz domains registered. I'd say that qualifies as it's a relatively used tld.

Well who will put their effort and spend money developing any others domain?
You may kick back after 1 years or two, all the effort done to make a brand and back-link will be finished in a moment.

Better you sale it, there are many people who will buy this domain.

@sadek - the domain name is for sale on sedo - I'm checking here if people are interested in renting the domain name.
