Hello, I'm looking for a community / neighborhood type portal. I guess you would call it a portal. Something like this one http://demo.cityamerica.com/ I would like to set one up for a city that I live near and include business listings, free classifieds, weather, local news and events and a forum etc. Does anyone have one running and know where I can purchase a script like this. There are companies out there that want to lease them out but I'm not interested in that type of setup. I would like to purchase it outright and have full control. Thanks
