I'm looking for a coder that can integrate a template into wordpress. It must pass the w3 tests. It also should be SEO optimized. My budget is under 90, but I am flexible. Just post or PM.

- Passes all w3 tests (100% no error)
- SEO optimized
- Tableless Coding
- XHTML / CSS
- Integration into wordpress
- Page and Image Optimization to speed up loading time
- Tested on browsers: Opera / Firefox / IE
- Ability to hide or show the leaderboard (and the icon beside it) by setting
- Ability to change the nav (if possible?). We want to keep the nav using graphic fonts.

Would you want the leaderboard to be disabled from visitors side or from your side?
As far as it regards for the nav and using graphics instead of textual, it can be done, but it will be static menu (not based on WP codes) where you will need to manually make the changes (add new link to pages if required), for that is required just minimal HTML knowledge, or we can assist you on how to make the changes so you can be able to do it in the feature by yourself.
